These core practices summarize our Discipleship Profile and condense it down to the essentials:
We exist to see Christ formed in each person, in our church, and in our community—and this happens as we embrace sacred rhythms that lead us into ongoing metanoia, a continual turning from sin and self toward life in Christ. We grow by knowing Jesus personally, running the race of faith with endurance, and persevering through daily repentance and renewal. We gather as the church in Christ-centered community—seeking unity, supporting one another, and welcoming accountability that calls us back to the way of Jesus. We go into the world as witnesses of the gospel, serving relentlessly and giving generously, so that others may encounter the love and truth of Christ and experience transformation for themselves. These practices are not rigid rules but grace-filled pathways of metanoia, drawing us deeper into Christ, closer in authentic community, and outward on mission to join God in the renewal of all things.
To grow in Christ means pursuing personal transformation that touches every part of who we are—our beliefs, desires, emotions, and actions. Growth is not about striving for perfection, but about daily surrender and renewal through the power of the Holy Spirit. As we anchor ourselves in God’s Word, spend intentional time in prayer, and create space for silence and reflection, we allow Christ to reshape us from the inside out. Growth requires perseverance, repentance, and trust, especially in seasons of trial, where our faith is refined and deepened. The journey of growth is one of becoming more like Jesus in heart, mind, and spirit, so that our lives bear fruit that honors Him.

To gather is to live in Christ-centered community, embracing the reality that we were never meant to walk the life of faith alone. Gathering is more than attending a service—it is embodying the Church as family, where we share life together in grace, love, and truth. In community, we practice unity, forgiveness, and accountability, reflecting the Spirit’s work among us. We celebrate milestones, carry each other’s burdens, and confess struggles with honesty, knowing that mutual support and correction are gifts of God’s grace. As we live with openness and hospitality, we make space for others to belong, demonstrating the radical love of Christ. A church that gathers faithfully is a living witness to the power of the Gospel and a tangible expression of God’s Kingdom.

To go is to live as people sent by Jesus into the world, empowered by the Holy Spirit to make His love known in word and deed. Going means embracing our calling as witnesses who point others to Christ—not only across oceans but across streets, in workplaces, neighborhoods, and homes. It is a way of life marked by generosity, service, and courage. Every act of kindness, every word of truth, and every sacrifice of time or resources becomes a testimony of God’s Kingdom breaking into the world. Living sent means stewarding our gifts, creativity, and resources wisely so that they bless others and advance the Gospel. As we go, we are not alone—Jesus goes before us, and His Spirit empowers us to live faithfully on mission every day.
