This immersive program provides hands-on training in various ministry settings, allowing interns to apply their theological knowledge and spiritual gifts to real-world situations.

Program Structure:
Year 1: Forming a Faithful Foundation (Certificate of Discipleship)
Foundation Year: Interns will begin their journey by completing a Certificate of Discipleship, focusing on foundational biblical knowledge, spiritual formation, and character development.
Year 2: Developing as a Ministry Leader (Certificate of Biblical Studies)
Practical Training: Interns will engage in practical ministry experiences, such as leading worship, preaching, teaching, counseling, and community outreach.
Mentorship: Interns will be paired with experienced mentors who will provide guidance, support, and feedback.
Skill Development: Interns will develop essential ministry skills, including communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving.
Year 3: Advancing in Ministry Calling (Certificate of Christian Studies)
Advanced Studies: Interns may choose to pursue a Bachelor of Ministry degree through Mosaic Christian College, building upon their foundational knowledge and practical experience.
Specialized Training: Interns will have the opportunity to specialize in areas such as pastoral ministry, youth ministry, missions, or Christian education.
